Is ClaudeMax official?
No. ClaudeMax is an independent subscription reseller and payment service, operating since November 2024 and serving more than 20,000 users (our own figure). We are not OpenAI or Anthropic and not an authorized reseller. A top-up puts the official subscription on your own account.
How to check us before you pay →Top-up or ready-made account?
Top-up keeps your own account and chat history: you submit the sign-in data the order page asks for (a ChatGPT session or a Claude cookie), it is checked before you pay, used for this top-up only and cleared afterwards. A ready-made account is a separate account with the plan already active, so no sign-in data is needed; one person per account, and change the password when you receive it.
How long does it take?
USDT payments are confirmed automatically, usually within a minute of landing. Top-ups are usually live in 5–30 minutes. Ready-made accounts are delivered by hand after you verify your delivery email, usually in 30 minutes to 4 hours. Identity verification (KYC) takes 30 minutes to 1 day.
