International orders are paid in USDT on TRON (TRC20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), whichever you pick on the order page. You get an address and an exact amount; the amount — down to the cent — is what matches the deposit to your order, so send exactly that figure in one transfer and don't let your exchange deduct the fee from it. Confirmation follows shortly after the transfer lands; delivery then follows the product's window. Wrong EVM chain: recoverable, contact us with the hash. Refunds are returned in USDT.

Why USDT, and which network

Most of our international buyers are here because cards don't work for them — declined by the issuer, blocked by the vendor, or capped by local FX rules. USDT solves the payment leg without a card. We accept it on two networks, and you choose on the order page:

TRON (TRC20) — the network most people already hold USDT on; about a minute to confirm. The token is the standard Tether USDT on TRON (contract TR7NHqjeKQxGTCi8q8ZY4pL8otSzgjLj6t); the address starts with T.
BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) — usually the cheapest withdrawal; confirms in seconds. The token is the standard USDT on BNB Smart Chain (Binance-Peg BSC-USD); the address starts with 0x.

The USDT amount is the same on both. Pick whichever your exchange or wallet charges less to withdraw on; the exchange shows the exact network fee before you confirm.

The exact-amount rule

Each open order gets a unique USDT amount: the CNY price divided by 6.71 (our fixed rate, as of 2026-09-25), rounded up to the cent, plus a cent-level offset that no other open order shares. When a transfer arrives, it is matched to the order with that exact amount. This is what lets a payment be recognised automatically without you creating an account on a payment processor.

Three consequences:

Send exactly the amount — not rounded, not “a bit extra to be safe”.
One transfer, not two halves.
Fee on top, not inside. If your exchange asks whether to deduct the network fee from the amount, say no — the recipient must receive the full quoted figure.

Example: today's ChatGPT Pro 200 top-up (formerly Pro 20x) is ¥1,300, which is about 193.75 USDT before the per-order offset. Your actual quote will differ by a few cents; that difference is the identifier.

Exchange menus rename things occasionally; the words to look for are “BNB Smart Chain” / “BSC” / “BEP20”, or “TRON” / “TRC20”. The BEP20 address starts with 0x, the TRC20 address with T — match the address to the network you chose. If the withdrawal screen asks for a memo/tag, you're on the wrong network.

Which network do I choose when withdrawing from my exchange?

Either BNB Smart Chain (labelled BEP20 or BSC) or TRON (TRC20) — you pick one on the order page and get the matching address: 0x… for BEP20, T… for TRC20. Not ERC20, not Polygon. Double-check the network on the withdrawal screen before confirming.

Why must the amount be exact?

Because the amount is how we match a deposit to your order — each open order has a unique amount down to the cent. Send exactly the figure you were given, in one transfer. If your exchange offers to deduct the network fee from the amount, choose the option that keeps the received amount intact, or add the fee on top.

I sent a different amount. What happens?

The transfer is recorded as unmatched and a person reviews it. Message Telegram @ccnb1937 with your order ID and the transaction hash so we can attach it to your order manually. Over-payments are refunded in USDT.

I sent USDT on ERC20 / Polygon / Arbitrum instead of BEP20.

Our BEP20 receiving address is an EVM address, so the funds are not lost — they sit in the same wallet on the other chain — but they aren't detected automatically. Send the transaction hash on Telegram and we'll match it manually. Fees on those chains are your cost.

I picked BEP20 on the order page but sent on TRC20 (or the other way round).

That's fine as long as you sent to the address shown for that network — the amount is the same on both and either chain is matched automatically. Never send TRC20 USDT to the 0x address or BEP20 USDT to the T address; wallets normally refuse it, and if one goes through, contact us immediately with the hash.

How long until my order is confirmed?

We wait for 15 confirmations on BNB Smart Chain (usually under a minute) and 20 on TRON (about a minute) before releasing the order, so expect confirmation shortly after your transfer lands. Delivery then follows the product's window shown on the order page: top-ups usually take 5–30 minutes; ready-made accounts are delivered by hand after you verify a delivery email (30 minutes to about 4 hours for ready-made ChatGPT accounts and Claude Max).

How are refunds paid?

In USDT, to an address we confirm with you on Telegram.
