Which network do I choose when withdrawing from my exchange?

BNB Smart Chain — labelled BEP20, BSC or “BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)” depending on the exchange. Not TRC20, not ERC20, not Polygon. Double-check the network on the withdrawal screen before confirming.

Why must the amount be exact?

Because the amount is how we match a deposit to your order — each open order has a unique amount down to the cent. Send exactly the figure you were given, in one transfer. If your exchange offers to deduct the network fee from the amount, choose the option that keeps the received amount intact, or add the fee on top.

I sent a different amount. What happens?

The transfer is recorded as unmatched and a person reviews it. Message Telegram @ccnb1937 with your order ID and the transaction hash so we can attach it to your order manually. Over-payments are refunded in USDT.

I sent USDT on ERC20 / Polygon / Arbitrum instead of BEP20.

Our receiving address is an EVM address, so the funds are not lost — they sit in the same wallet on the other chain — but they aren't detected automatically. Send the transaction hash on Telegram and we'll match it manually. Fees on those chains are your cost.

I sent USDT on TRON (TRC20).

A TRON wallet can't send to a 0x address; most wallets and exchanges refuse the transaction. If yours somehow allowed it, contact us immediately with the hash — but assume TRC20 sends to a BEP20 address are unrecoverable.

How long until my order is confirmed?

BNB Smart Chain confirms in seconds; we wait for a short confirmation depth before releasing the order, so expect confirmation shortly after your transfer lands. Delivery then follows the product's window (5–30 minutes for top-ups, 10–30 minutes for ready-made accounts).

How is the USDT price calculated?

Prices are set in CNY. The USDT figure is the CNY price divided by a fixed rate of 6.9 CNY per USDT, rounded up to the cent, plus a small cent-level offset that makes your order's amount unique. The pricing page shows the approximate figure; the exact amount comes with your order.

Why USDT, and why BEP20

Most of our international buyers are here because cards don't work for them — declined by the issuer, blocked by the vendor, or capped by local FX rules. USDT solves the payment leg without a card. We chose BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) because it's supported by every major exchange, transfers cost cents, and confirmations take seconds. The token we accept is the standard USDT on BNB Smart Chain (Binance-Peg BSC-USD) — the one every exchange sends when you pick the BEP20 network.

The exact-amount rule

Each open order gets a unique USDT amount: the CNY price divided by 6.9 (our fixed rate, as of 2026-09-22), rounded up to the cent, plus a cent-level offset that no other open order shares. When a transfer arrives, it is matched to the order with that exact amount. This is what lets a payment be recognised automatically without you creating an account on a payment processor.

Three consequences:

Send exactly the amount — not rounded, not “a bit extra to be safe”.
One transfer, not two halves.
Fee on top, not inside. If your exchange asks whether to deduct the network fee from the amount, say no — the recipient must receive the full quoted figure.

Example: today's ready-made ChatGPT Pro 20x is ¥2,190, which is about 317.40 USDT before the per-order offset. Your actual quote will differ by a few cents; that difference is the identifier.

Exchange menus rename things occasionally; the words to look for are “BNB Smart Chain”, “BSC” or “BEP20”. The receiving address starts with 0x. If the exchange's withdrawal screen shows a TRON-style address starting with T or asks for a memo/tag, you're on the wrong network.

Refunds

The rules are the same as for every ClaudeMax order: full refund if not delivered within the stated time; pro-rated for unused days if a vendor's regional policy change makes the service unavailable; no refund for accounts banned under the vendor's usage policy.
