What can't you promise?

Anything that belongs to OpenAI: when the Pro $200 pause ends, how allowances are set or reset (Support cannot reset them — nobody can), and what happens to an account that violates OpenAI's terms. We also can't give you your own login email on a ready-made account, and we can't freeze prices, which move with costs, exchange rates and stock.

How can I check you before paying?

Is the account shared with anyone?

No. Each ready-made account is handed to one buyer. You change the password on arrival and after that only you have it. Sharing it onward, or signing in from several countries at once, is what triggers OpenAI's risk controls — and a ban for policy violations is the one case we don't refund.

What is guaranteed in writing

What we can't promise, and won't pretend to

When OpenAI reopens Pro $200. No date has been announced. A ready-made account doesn't depend on it — it depends on renewal continuing, which OpenAI has preserved — but we don't know the date any better than you do.
Allowance resets. Pro 20x has limits (200 GPT-6 Pro messages a week, 170 Sol Pro a day, separate Codex pools). OpenAI Support does not reset them and neither can we.
Accounts banned for violating OpenAI's usage policies. Sharing credentials, signing in from several countries at once, prohibited content. This is the one refund we don't give, and we say so before you pay.
Your own login email. On a ready-made account the mailbox is assigned by us. It is the trade-off that makes the product possible during the pause, and it is stated on every relevant page.
A frozen price. Prices are set in CNY and move with OpenAI's costs, exchange rates and stock; a renewal a month later may cost more or less. The order you place is charged at the price you saw.
That OpenAI's rules won't change. They changed on 10 September and again with the one-time return. When they change, we update the pages and date the update.
