ChatGPT Business seats for the team
Business is one shared workspace with central billing, owner and admin roles, and Standard or Premium seats that both include ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work and Codex. Give almost everyone Standard; give Premium (5x Standard usage, no five-hour limit) only to the few who live in Work or Codex. You receive the owner account of a ready workspace the same day and invite people yourself. OpenAI caps a Business subscription at 200 paid seats; beyond that is ChatGPT Enterprise, which OpenAI sells through its own sales team and we do not offer. Pro 200 or Pro 500 for individual power users
Some people outgrow any seat: an engineer running Codex all day, an analyst doing deep research on every client. They get their own ChatGPT Pro plan. From 2026-10-30 every Pro 200 runs on OpenAI's lower new allowance (grandfathering ends 2026-10-29). Pro 500 has the highest included usage of the three Pro tiers and is the only one with Ultrafast on GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6.1 Sol. Ultrafast is not free speed: it uses the included allowance at 8x the Standard rate, then credits at 6x. Pro is monthly only. Someone who only occasionally runs out on Pro 200 can add Codex credits instead (500 credits per unit, ¥180 ≈ 26.83 USDT). Claude Max 6.25x accounts for Claude users
"Claude Max 6.25x" is our name for a ready-made claude.ai account on Anthropic's Team plan that holds one Premium seat. Anthropic's Team help article puts a Premium seat at 6.25x the Pro plan's per-session usage, above Max 5x and below Max 20x, with a weekly limit on top. Claude Code is included and shares the same usage. On the Team plan Anthropic does not train on your content by default. The difference to list prices pays for what a company usually cannot do itself: pay without a foreign card, buy three vendors' plans in one order, and receive accounts that work the same day. For the agency above, that is one quote of ≈ 1624.00 USDT a month instead of three vendor checkouts and fifteen expense claims.
How the cooperation works
- Send us the list: Email support@claudemax.shop with the subject "Business purchase" or message us on Telegram: how many people, who needs a Business seat, who needs Pro 200 or Pro 500, who works in Claude, the start date, and whether your finance team needs paperwork.
- Get one quote: We reply with a line-by-line quote at the live prices and the delivery route for each line. Repeat or larger buyers can agree a price with us, which we issue as a private order link. Orders of 100 seats or more are reviewed by a person before ordering.
- Pay and settle paperwork: Payment is USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) on the order page or your private link. If you need an invoice or a bank transfer, we confirm what is possible case by case before you order. ChatGPT top-ups need each account's Session JSON checked before paying.
- Receive everything: The Business owner account is emailed the same day. Ready-made accounts are hand-delivered after you verify a delivery email, usually 30 minutes to about 4 hours each. Top-ups on your own accounts usually take 5–30 minutes.
- Keep one renewal calendar: Every order covers 30 days. Keep one list of order IDs and end dates, and message Telegram with the order IDs before the 30 days end to renew.
- Offboard and reassign: When someone leaves, remove them from the Business workspace and give the freed seat to the next hire at no charge. A ready-made account belongs to one named person: don't pass the login on; tell us before the renewal date and order a new account for the new hire.
Repeat orders. Once we know your setup, a price agreed for repeat orders is issued as a private order link: your office manager opens it, pays in USDT and the order is tied to that price. We don't promise a discount size; it depends on volume and mix.
Renewals. Each order covers 30 days, so a mixed order has several end dates. Keep one sheet with person, product, order ID and end date, and send us the order IDs on Telegram @ccnb1937 before day 30. The Claude Max 6.25x account renews at its own product price. Don't change seats or billing inside the Business workspace or the Claude account yourself, and don't subscribe with your own card inside a delivered account: contact us first.
Ready-made or top-up for Pro users. A top-up goes onto an account you own and stays with whoever owns it. If the account is an employee's own, it leaves with them. Top up accounts registered with a company email, or choose a ready-made account bound to a company inbox.
Governance basics
- One person, one seat or account. OpenAI prohibits sharing credentials; Anthropic assigns each Team seat to one named individual. Rotating one login among several people is the fastest way to get it restricted.
- A register. Who holds which plan, the order ID and the end date. It makes renewals and offboarding a five-minute job.
- Data defaults. No training on ChatGPT Business data or on Claude Team content by default. On Pro 200 and Pro 500 model improvement is a user setting under Data controls: ask every Pro user to check it before client work.

OpenAI's and Anthropic's terms are per user, and either can restrict accounts it considers misused. Access from outside their supported countries and supported regions may be restricted.
