What you get when you buy ChatGPT Business seats
ChatGPT Business (called ChatGPT Team until August 29, 2025) is OpenAI's self-serve workspace plan for teams. A seat is paid capacity inside the workspace, separate from the person who uses it, and only the workspace owner buys, assigns and changes seats. So what we deliver is the piece that controls all of that:
- The owner account of a ready Business workspace, emailed by our team the same day once you verify your delivery email.
- The seats you paid for, Standard and Premium in whatever mix you chose, for 30 days.
- Full member control inside those seats. You invite people, remove them and assign seat types yourself. We are not in the loop for day-to-day changes.

One detail that confuses people: OpenAI writes that "Pro is a model option, not another name for a Premium seat". Both seat types can pick the Pro model; Premium simply gets more of it. Across the workspace, OpenAI does not train on Business data by default, and admins and owners cannot see all private member chats by default. OpenAI prices are monthly billing in USD, before tax and card fees; annual billing is $20 / $100 per seat but needs a year's commitment. 1 USDT is taken as 1 USD.
The usual shape for a small team is all Standard, plus one Premium seat for the person who lives in Codex. Five people that way cost ≈ 295.09 USDT a month here.
From order to renewal, step by step
- Count people and pick seat types: List who will use ChatGPT. Most people need a Standard seat; give Premium only to those who run Codex or ChatGPT Work for hours a day. At least 2 seats in total, any mix.
- Choose seats on the pricing card: On the ChatGPT Business card, set the Standard and Premium steppers. The monthly total and the USDT amount update as you change the mix.
- Pay in USDT: TRC20 or BEP20, exactly the amount shown on the order page. Each order covers 30 days. Need an invoice, a bank transfer or annual terms? Ask us before you order.
- Verify your delivery email: Enter the email where the owner account should go and click the verification link we send. Our team then emails the owner account of a ready Business workspace the same day.
- Sign in as owner and invite your team: Sign in with the owner account, open Workspace settings → Members, invite each person by email and pick Standard or Premium for them, within the seats you paid for.
- Manage and renew: Reassign paid seats when people join or leave, at no cost. To change the number of paid seats, contact us first and do not change billing in the workspace yourself. Before the 30 days end, message Telegram with your order ID to renew.
A few things OpenAI's own rules decide, worth knowing before step 5. Invitations do not reserve a seat: a person joins when a paid seat of the requested type is free. Members can invite other people using the default seat type while seats are free, and OpenAI does not currently let you switch that off, so keep an eye on Workspace settings → Members. Removing someone frees their seat for the next person but does not lower what you pay for; that change goes through us. A Premium → Standard switch applies at its effective date, not instantly.
Who should buy Business seats, and who should not
Buy them if
- You are 2 to 200 people who want one shared workspace with central control over who has access.
- Your company wants workspace data kept out of training by default, plus SSO and MFA options, instead of everyone using personal accounts.
- Nobody on the team has a card OpenAI accepts, or you would rather pay one USDT order than collect personal subscriptions.
- People come and go. Reassigning a paid seat to the next person is free.
Skip them if
- It is just you. A single person still has to pay for 2 seats (≈ 65.58 USDT a month here) and gets Plus-level limits on a Standard seat; a personal Plus (≈ 27.58 USDT) or Pro 200 (≈ 193.75 USDT) on your own account is the better buy. - You need more than 200 seats, SCIM or domain verification: that is ChatGPT Enterprise, sold only by OpenAI's sales team. We don't offer it.
- You want API credits. Business does not include API usage; that is billed separately on OpenAI's API platform.
- You plan to share one seat between several people. OpenAI's terms prohibit sharing credentials; one person per seat.
Pre-order checklist
- Headcount and seat mix written down (minimum 2, any mix of Standard and Premium).
- Who keeps the owner account: one or two responsible people, not a shared password in a group chat.
- Each member's email ready for the invitation; each person uses their own ChatGPT account.
- Your team works from a country on OpenAI's supported list (check supported countries).
- Invoice, bank transfer or annual terms needed? Ask first, before you place the order.
- 100 seats or more? A person reviews these orders before you pay; write to us first.
- Renewal date in the calendar: 30 days from delivery, renewed via Telegram @ccnb1937 with the order ID.

OpenAI's rules and the risks
Plainly: OpenAI's terms prohibit sharing account credentials and reselling access, and OpenAI may restrict access when it sees misuse. OpenAI also says access from outside its supported countries and territories may get an account blocked or suspended. We can't change either rule.
