Why cards fail
Anthropic's Help Center article “Why was my card declined?” lists the causes on their side: issuer restrictions, billing-detail mismatches, unsupported card types, and region checks. The pattern buyers see is simpler: cards from many countries fail regardless of balance, and there is no alternative payment method on anthropic.com. Note that the supported-countries list itself is broad — most of the Middle East, Africa and Asia is on it — so for most readers the problem is the card, not the country.
Route 1 — Claude Pro or Max on your own account
Export your claude.ai cookies with the Cookie-Editor extension and paste them on the order page. Route 2 — ready-made Claude Pro / Max account
An account with the tier already active, one per order, for one user; you can bind your own email. After paying you enter and verify a delivery email: ready-made Max is then delivered by hand (the order page shows 30 minutes to about 4 hours), and for ready-made Pro you sign in and submit its Organization ID on the order page. What's included, per Anthropic
- Claude Code is part of Pro and Max; allowance scales with tier.
- Limits are a 5-hour session allowance plus a weekly allowance; Max 5x and 20x are 5× and 20× Pro. Anthropic adjusted the weekly Claude Code allowance on 14 September 2026 (a 25% base increase while a temporary 50% bonus ended — a net reduction by their own math).
- Fable 5.1 is included on Max; on Pro it's billed through usage credits. Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5 are standard everywhere.
