First: which problem do you have?
OpenAI publishes a list of supported countries and territories. Most of the world is on it. Notable absences as of this writing: mainland China, Hong Kong, Russia, Iran, Syria and Sudan. Two consequences follow from the list:
- On the list, card declined. Your account is legitimate; only the payment leg is broken. Fix the payment leg — that's what a top-up does.
- Not on the list. OpenAI determines access by where you are, and its help article on unsupported regions describes restrictions on accounts used from them. A ready-made account gets you a working subscription; whether and how you use it from your location is your call and your responsibility.
Option A — top-up on your own account
You keep everything: email, history, custom GPTs, memory. You pay us in USDT, submit the session information described on the order page (never a password), and the official subscription is completed on your account, usually within 5–30 minutes. The session is used for this top-up only and cleared after delivery.
