First: which problem do you have?
OpenAI publishes a list of supported countries and territories. Most of the world is on it. Notable absences as of this writing: mainland China, Hong Kong, Russia, Iran, Syria and Sudan. Two consequences follow from the list:
- On the list, card declined. Your account is legitimate; only the payment leg is broken. Fix the payment leg — that's what a top-up does.
- Not on the list. OpenAI determines access by where you are, and its help article on unsupported regions describes restrictions on accounts used from them. A ready-made account gets you a working subscription; whether and how you use it from your location is your call and your responsibility.
Option A — top-up on your own account
You keep everything: email, history, custom GPTs, memory. You submit the sign-in data the order page asks for (a session or cookie JSON, never a password), and it is checked before you pay. After you pay us in USDT, the official subscription is completed on your account, usually within 5–30 minutes. The sign-in data is used for this top-up only and cleared after delivery.

From 10 to 30 September 2026 OpenAI paused new sign-ups and upgrades to the $200 tier, so no account could be topped up to it. That pause is over: Pro 200 top-ups work again, and new Pro 200 subscriptions get a lower allowance than before the pause.
Option B — ready-made account
An account with the subscription already active, for one user. After paying you enter a delivery email and click the verification link; our team then emails the account (the order page shows 30 minutes to about 4 hours). Which tier
Plus covers most people: Deep Research, Agent Mode, Codex, custom GPTs. Every Pro tier adds GPT-6 Pro in chat, longer Codex and ChatGPT Work sessions and a Dot (an always-on agent); Pro 100 and Pro 200 differ only in allowance, and Pro 500 adds Ultrafast and the highest cap.
