- Claude Pro top-up ¥249 ≈ 37.11 USDT: the account must be on Free; Pro does not include Fable (it runs on usage credits there)
- Claude Max 5x top-up ¥999 ≈ 148.89 USDT · Claude Max 20x top-up ¥1,799 ≈ 268.11 USDT: active or lapsed Pro / Max can renew or upgrade; new accounts wait 3–15 days for 20x
- Ready-made Claude Pro ¥329 ≈ 49.04 USDT: a separate new account; submit its Organization ID on the order page after it arrives
- Ready-made Max: both 5x and 20x are sold out right now, so take the Max top-up above; the links come back here automatically when stock returns.
Which limit did you hit?
Anthropic's pricing FAQ puts it plainly: every plan has usage limits that reset on a rolling five-hour session window, paid plans add weekly limits on top, and your activity in Claude on the web, desktop, mobile and Claude Code all draws from the same pool. How much you get depends on the length and complexity of your conversations, the model and the features you use, so there is no fixed message count. Pro gives at least five times Free's usage per session; Max gives 5x or 20x Pro. Anthropic also reserves the right to cap usage in other ways, such as weekly or monthly caps or per-model limits.
| Limit | Who has it | When it comes back | Where to look |
|---|---|---|---|
| Five-hour session | Every plan, Free included | Rolling five-hour window | Settings > Usage, Current session |
| Weekly (all models) | Pro, Max 5x, Max 20x | A fixed time each week, set per account | Settings > Usage, Weekly limits |
| Fable weekly | Max (up to 50% of the weekly allowance) | Weekly | Same page; on Pro, Fable is paid from usage credits from the first message |
In Claude Code, /status and /usage show what is left. On Pro and Max, /usage also breaks usage down by skill, subagent and MCP server and flags any behaviour behind 10% or more of recent usage.
A decision table
| Your situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| You hit the five-hour limit once or twice a month | Wait for the reset and fix the habits below; no need to spend |
| You occasionally hit the weekly limit days before it resets, and you have a card Anthropic accepts | Turn on usage credits for those days; bundles cut the price if you buy more |
| Free, hitting the limit daily, or you want Claude Code | Move to Pro (Free does not include Claude Code) |
| Pro, hitting limits several times a week on a growing codebase | Max 5x, which is Anthropic's own advice for Pro users who consistently hit limits |
| Max 5x and the weekly allowance runs out before the reset, or you lean on Fable | Max 20x, again Anthropic's own advice |
| You also want a work account kept apart from your personal one | A ready-made Claude Pro: separate limits, history and Projects |
Option 1: wait (and use any free reset you have)
If the five-hour window clears in an hour, waiting is the cheapest fix. The weekly limit resets at a fixed time assigned to your account, not on your billing date; Settings > Usage shows exactly when. Anthropic also hands out occasional limit resets to paid plans. Click "Reset for free" in Settings > Usage on the web or in Claude Desktop to refill the five-hour or weekly limit. A used reset cannot be undone and some expire. The button is not in the mobile app or in Claude Code, but limits are account-wide, so a reset on the web refills Claude Code too.
Option 2: stop burning usage
Anthropic lists what drives usage: message length, attachment size, conversation length, tools such as Research and web search, model choice, effort level, Artifacts, and multi-step tasks. In practice:
- Start a new chat for a new topic. Every message carries the whole conversation, so a one-line question in an all-day thread is priced like the whole thread.
- Put reference files in a Project. Project content is cached and counts less when reused; do not re-upload the same large PDF.
- Batch related questions into one message instead of a long back-and-forth.
- Do not default to the most expensive model. At API list prices per million output tokens, Fable 5.1 is $50, Opus 5.5 $20 and Sonnet 5.5 $10. Anthropic says Fable uses limits faster than other models and caps it at 50% of the weekly allowance on Max; the Claude Code docs recommend Sonnet for most coding and Opus for complex architecture and multi-step reasoning.
- Lower the effort level for simple work. Effort is one of the listed factors; in Claude Code use
/effort. Thinking tokens are billed as output tokens.
For Claude Code specifically, from the official "Manage costs effectively" page:
/clearbetween unrelated tasks; when you need continuity,/compactwith a note on what to keep.- On a subscription the prompt cache lasts an hour. The first message after a longer break reprocesses the whole context, so a fresh session often beats resuming yesterday's.
- Disable MCP servers you are not using with
/mcp, check/context, keep CLAUDE.md under 200 lines and move specialised instructions into skills. - Give simple subagents
model: haiku. Agent teams use roughly seven times the tokens of a standard session when teammates run in plan mode, so keep their tasks small. - Scheduled tasks such as
/loopfire with your full context even while the session is idle; stop the ones you do not need.
Option 3: usage credits and usage bundles
Pro, Max 5x and Max 20x subscribers can turn on usage credits in Settings > Usage. Once a five-hour, weekly or Fable weekly limit is used up, requests keep working and are billed at standard API rates, in chat and in Claude Code alike. You add a payment method, prepay a balance, and can set a monthly spend cap and auto-reload; if you subscribed in the mobile app you enable it on the web. In most regions credits do not expire.
Prepaid usage bundles are discounted and are only drawn once you are past your plan's limits:
| Bundle | Discount | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| $50 | 10% | $45 |
| $250 | 20% | $200 |
| $1,000 | 30% | $700 |
Pro and Max can buy up to $2,000 of discounted bundles a month. The practical catch: credits and bundles are paid on Anthropic's site with a payment method it accepts, and our top-ups do not include usage credits. Without such a card this option is closed, and the choice is between waiting and upgrading.
Option 4: upgrade, and when it beats credits
Anthropic's prices: Pro $20 a month ($17 billed annually), Max 5x $100, Max 20x $200, Max monthly only. Max 5x gives 5x and Max 20x 20x Pro's per-session allowance, and Max includes Fable up to 50% of the weekly limit. Per the pricing FAQ, upgrades take effect right away and unused time on your current plan is credited; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period and your chats, Projects and files stay.
Convert the extra monthly price into usage credits and you have the break-even point:
| Upgrade | Extra per month at Anthropic | Equivalent credits | What that buys at API rates | Our price step |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro → Max 5x | $80 | $80 at full price; about $114 at the 30% bundle discount | About 4M Opus 5.5 or 8M Sonnet 5.5 output tokens | 111.78 USDT |
| Max 5x → Max 20x | $100 | $100 at full price; about $143 at the 30% bundle discount | About 5M Opus 5.5 or 10M Sonnet 5.5 output tokens | 119.23 USDT |
How to read it: if you would top up more than $80 of credits a month (about $114 if you buy the $1,000 bundle), Max 5x is cheaper, and you get 5x the session allowance and Fable in the plan, not just those tokens. Below that, for the odd overflow, credits make more sense. The 30% discount only comes with the $1,000 bundle (you pay $700), so small top-ups are close to full price.
Max also now comes with $100 (5x) or $200 (20x) a month of Claude Platform API credits, but they cannot be spent in Claude Code or the Claude apps and do not raise any usage limit, so leave them out of this calculation. Details in Claude Max monthly API credits; choosing between the two Max tiers in Claude Max 5x or 20x; every price in Claude Pro and Max prices, October 2026.
Doing it with us: match your account
Upgrading at Anthropic needs a card it accepts. If you would rather pay in USDT, pick by your account's current state:
| Your account now | What you can buy |
|---|---|
| Free | Claude Pro top-up ¥249 ≈ 37.11 USDT. A Free account that paid for Pro or Max by card in the past can also go straight to a Max top-up |
| Pro paid by card on the web, active or lapsed | Max 5x top-up ¥999 ≈ 148.89 USDT or Max 20x top-up ¥1,799 ≈ 268.11 USDT; same account, chats and Projects stay |
| Max 5x, want 20x | Order the Max 20x top-up |
| Free, never paid by card, want Max | Max top-ups are not possible. Ready-made Max is sold out right now, so top up Pro first or wait for stock. |
| iOS / Android subscription still active | Max top-ups are not possible; cancel renewal in the App Store or Google Play and order after it expires |
| Brand-new account, want Max 20x | Wait 3–15 days after sign-up |
| You want a second, separate work account | Ready-made Claude Pro ¥329 ≈ 49.04 USDT |
Top-up: export your claude.ai cookies with Cookie-Editor (JSON) and paste them on the order page. They are checked before you pay, and you pay nothing if the check fails; delivery is usually 5 to 30 minutes on your own account, the cookie is cleared afterwards and we never ask for your password. To renew, place a new top-up order for the same account.
Ready-made Claude Pro: after paying, enter a delivery email on the order page and click the verification email. The account arrives by email; sign in and submit its Organization ID on the order page, with no second payment. To renew, message Telegram @ccnb1937 with your order ID before it expires; renewals cost the same as the Pro top-up. Be clear about what it is: a different account, with its own limits, chat history and Projects; nothing from your existing account carries over. One order, one account, for one person; do not share it.
Our top-up prices against Anthropic's list prices (USDT at our fixed rate of 6.71 CNY; list prices exclude tax):
| Plan | Anthropic list | Our top-up | Difference (USDT vs USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Claude Pro | $20 | 37.11 USDT | 17.11 above list |
| Claude Max 5x | $100 | 148.89 USDT | 48.89 above list |
| Claude Max 20x | $200 | 268.11 USDT | 68.11 above list |
We are above Anthropic's list price. The difference pays for the payment service, conversion and hand delivery; what you get is no foreign card, payment in USDT, and a check before you pay.
Who should not upgrade
- Occasional hitters. If it happens once or twice a month, wait for the reset or use a free reset; with a card, cover the overflow with usage credits.
- People whose habits, not their workload, cause the limit. One all-day thread, the same big file uploaded again and again, Fable and maximum effort for everything: fix that first and Pro may be enough.
- Anyone counting on the Max API credits for more Claude Code. They do not apply there.
- Anyone planning to share one account. Several people on one login is a common trigger for risk controls, and bans of that kind are not refunded. Give each person their own plan.
How to order a top-up
- Find out which limit you hit: On claude.ai open Settings > Usage: the five-hour session bar, the weekly bar (and the Fable weekly bar on Max), and when each resets. In Claude Code use /status or /usage.
- Match your account to a product: A Free account takes the Claude Pro top-up. An account that has paid for Pro or Max by card before (active or lapsed) takes the Max 5x or Max 20x top-up. Never paid by card, an iOS / Android subscription still active, or a brand-new account that cannot wait 3 to 15 days for Max 20x: look at a ready-made account.
- Export your cookie: Sign in to claude.ai in a desktop browser, export the cookies with Cookie-Editor as JSON and paste them on the order page only, never into a chat window.
- Pay in USDT after the check passes: The cookie is checked first and you pay nothing if it fails. Then pay in USDT on TRC20 or BEP20; the exact amount is quoted on the order page.
- Confirm the new limits: Delivery usually takes 5 to 30 minutes on your own account and the cookie is cleared afterwards. Check the plan in Settings, then the new bars in Settings > Usage.
ClaudeMax is not Anthropic and not an authorized reseller; Anthropic sets the limits and can change them. If Anthropic's regional policy makes the service unavailable, you get a pro-rated refund for the unused days; accounts banned for breaking Anthropic's usage policy are not refunded.
