- Muse AI Access: ¥99 ≈ 14.76 USDT, one-time, with 1B Muse tokens included; emailed automatically after you verify your email, usually in 10–30 minutes
- Muse AI Power: ¥200 ≈ 29.81 USDT per 30 days, on your own Muse account (Meta’s list price $20 a month, 500M tokens a week)
- Muse AI Maximum: ¥760 ≈ 113.27 USDT per 30 days (Meta’s list price $100 a month, 3B tokens a week)
What Meta shipped for Muse, August–October 2026
From Meta’s newsroom, Help Center, developer pages, research blog and SEC filing (read October 28); press figures are marked "reported". Background: in April Meta released Muse Spark, the first model from Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL), and iterated it to 1.2 and 1.3 over the following months.
| Date (2026) | What shipped | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| August 5 (reported) | Muse Code preview, Meta’s first coding agent, with Muse Spark 1.2 at $1.25 / $4.25 per million tokens (CNBC) | Meta charges developers first |
| September 2 | Muse Spark 1.3 on Muse Code and the Meta Model API; Meta says about 20% fewer tool calls and 25% fewer tokens than 1.2 | Same work for fewer tokens, the base of token pricing |
| September 8 | Muse launches in the US (iOS, Android, muse.ai, and inside WhatsApp): one cloud VM per user, a Sentinel that approves every outbound action; the Muse bug bounty opens to everyone, up to $300,000 | Meta’s first mass-market agent, built security-first |
| September 15 | Meta One subscriptions: Core $7.99, Premium $19.99, business bundles from $14.99; more Meta AI image and video generation | Subscriptions spread across the Meta family |
| September 18 (reported) | Canada (AFP); Meta’s September 29 post calls Muse available in the US and Canada | Second country |
| September 23–24 (Connect) | Muse on AI glasses "in the coming months"; voice mode; shopping connectors such as Walmart, Best Buy, Sephora, Wayfair, Gap, Ulta, plus Shop Pay and PayPal; Muse gets its own email address; the pocket device Muse Charm, more later this year | From an app towards hardware and shopping |
| September 28 | Meta Enterprise Platform: the Muse agent, Meta Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code for businesses, led by former MongoDB CEO CJ Desai | Enterprise as a pillar next to ads |
| September 29 | Muse for Small Business: Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages, ad accounts and dozens of business tools, plus custom connectors | Small businesses are Meta’s home turf |
| October 12 | Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full: Wonder on the Meta Model API and Muse Code ($4 / $20 per million tokens), Wonder Full only on Muse Code’s $50 and new $200 plans; "soon" in Muse, subscribers first | What Meta calls its first frontier model; the best model goes to payers first |
| Mid-October (reported) | Muse Spark Open weights: a 816B-parameter mixture of experts with 42B active, licensed for commercial use up to $20M revenue (The Batch and others) | Closed flagship and open weights again side by side |
| October 18–22 | Security firm Claroc finds 6,800+ Muse share pages via passive DNS; Meta pauses sharing on October 20, fixes it and switches it back on October 22 with new URLs (reported) | A capable agent makes a small design flaw costly |
| October 21 | Q3 results: revenue $64.60B (+26%), capex $34.91B, 2026 outlook $135–145B; on the call, more than 10 million Muse sign-ups and about 25% daily use (reported) | Ads pay, Muse spends |
| October 27 | Muse launches in Singapore with local partners Shopee, Grab, Singapore Airlines, Agoda, ShopBack, Klook, Trip.com, Lazada, and Gmail, Google Calendar and Instagram connectors | Third country, first outside North America |
Plans and token pricing: four price lists
Meta now runs four price lists with overlapping names; the easiest mistake is confusing Muse Power / Maximum with Muse Code Power Usage / Maximum Usage:
| Product | Tiers and list price | How usage is metered | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Muse (agent app) | Free; Power $20 a month; Maximum $100 a month | Weekly Muse tokens: free has a limit (no number published), Power 500M, Maximum 3B | The Help Center lists no feature difference, only allowance; Muse Wonder reaches subscribers first |
| Muse Code (coding agent) | Everyday Usage $5; High Usage $15; Power Usage $50; Maximum Usage $200 | Multiples of Everyday: 1x / 5x / 20x / 80x; five-hour and weekly resets | 10–50 prompts every 5 hours; Muse Spark, Muse Wonder, Muse Image; more multimodal inputs; Muse Wonder Full, early access to features; added October 12, Muse Wonder Full |
| Meta Model API | Pay as you go | Per million tokens: Muse Spark 1.3 $1.25 / cached $0.15 / $4.25; contributor tier $0.10 / $0.002 / $0.20; Muse Wonder $4 / $20 | On the contributor tier Meta may use your data to improve its products, which is why it costs a fraction |
| Meta One | Core $7.99; Premium $19.99; business $14.99–$499 | By feature and AI usage | Extras on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp and more Meta AI image and video generation; not a Muse subscription |
Three things stand out. First, Muse is one of the few consumer AI products that prints a token count on its plans: Maximum gives 6x Power’s weekly tokens for 5x the list price. Second, Muse Code takes the other road, publishing only multiples and a five-hour window, the same pattern as the Claude and ChatGPT coding plans. Third, the contributor API price shows how much Meta values data: the same model costs more than ten times less if Meta may use it to improve its products.
Models and infrastructure
- Muse Spark 1.3 (September 2) powered Muse at launch: better at juggling several tasks in one long thread, asking when a prompt is ambiguous and confirming before consequential actions. Meta engineers measured about 20% fewer tool calls and 25% fewer tokens than 1.2.
- Muse Wonder and Wonder Full (October 12): what Meta calls its first frontier model, trained at the gigawatt-scale Prometheus data center and aimed at law, finance, health and long-running coding. On the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index (as quoted by The Batch) Wonder Full scores 56 and Wonder 52, against 48 for Muse Spark 1.3. Meta’s own charts are self-reported, and the full safety report is not out yet.
- Muse Spark Open: Meta’s developer page says it is derived from the Muse Spark model released in August, with extra safety post-training for standalone use; press reports put the weights out in mid-October at 816B parameters (42B active), with a separate license needed above $20M in revenue. Meta is back to a closed flagship plus open weights.
- The compute bill: Q3 capex was $34.91B and the 2026 outlook narrowed to $135–145B, with free cash flow at −$2.12B. Zuckerberg reportedly called Muse very compute-intensive and expects more than 10x better cost efficiency within a year, which would make it profitable once revenue scales.
Countries and security
Muse opens one country at a time: the US on September 8, Canada soon after (AFP reported September 18) and Singapore on October 27, each with local connectors (Shopee, Grab, Singapore Airlines, Agoda and others in Singapore). The Help Center still says limited testing, not available everywhere, and subscribing requires being in a supported country. Meta’s terms apply per user, and access from unsupported regions may be restricted.
On security, every user gets a cloud VM, the agent never sees real passwords or payment methods, a separate Sentinel approves every outbound action, and Muse asks before sending email or paying. The quarter also showed the cost: TIME reported that Muse keeps memory files about you and your contacts (Meta says they stay out of its ad systems and you can make it forget), and in mid-October shared pages turned up in passive DNS until Meta paused sharing for two days and fixed it (reported). The promised Muse Confidential VM, encrypted with a key only you hold, has not shipped yet.
Our read: five trends for the next 6–12 months
These are our calls, not Meta’s plans. Each lists the signals behind it, a confidence level and what would prove it wrong.
1. Consumer agents win first on shopping and errands
Our read: Muse will keep being used mainly to buy things, book trips and handle email and calendars rather than to chat or write, and connectors will matter more than model scores.
- Connect added 6+ retailers plus Shop Pay and PayPal; Singapore launched with 8 local platforms.
- Shopping is reportedly a top use, with over a quarter of engaged shoppers averaging more than $200 per purchase.
- The counter-signal: Amazon blocked Muse on September 22 (reported).
Confidence: likely. Wrong if: more big retailers block agents, or Meta’s next launches shift the focus to content creation.
2. Weekly token plans, with allowances changing more often than prices
Our read: the $20 / $100 list prices probably hold; what moves is the weekly token count, the free limit and how much each new model (such as Wonder) consumes.
- Muse plans are metered in weekly tokens; Muse Code added a $200 Maximum Usage tier on October 12 instead of repricing existing ones.
- Meta reportedly targets more than 10x better cost efficiency within a year; Spark 1.3 already used about 25% fewer tokens for the same work.
- Meta has never published the free limit, so it can change without an announcement.
Confidence: possible. Wrong if: Meta moves to per-task or outcome pricing, or stops publishing token counts.
3. Revenue from commerce and subscriptions, not ads inside Muse
Our read: ads fund Meta as a whole, but Muse’s own revenue will come from a share of commerce, Power and Maximum plans and Meta One, without ads inside Muse in the near term.
- Q3 average price per ad rose 14% and family daily active people reached 3.64B, enough to subsidize Muse’s free tier.
- Meta keeps saying Muse conversations and VM data stay out of its ad systems; TechCrunch reports a plan built on commerce plus paid models and tokens.
- Meta One turns AI usage into a cross-app subscription.
Confidence: likely for commerce plus subscriptions; ads inside Muse within a year is speculative. Wrong if: sponsored results appear in Muse, or Muse data is used for ad targeting.
4. The best model reaches paying users first
Our read: Meta will keep separating tiers by model: Wonder first on Power and Maximum, Wonder Full only on Muse Code’s top plans.
- Meta says Wonder rolls out in Muse to subscribers first; CNBC reports Muse app users need the $20 or $100 plan.
- Wonder Full is only on Muse Code’s $50 and $200 plans, and the stronger cyber-misuse safeguards are reportedly paid-only for now.
Confidence: likely. Wrong if: Wonder becomes the default for free users within weeks.
5. Country by country, paced by privacy and security
Our read: new countries will keep opening one at a time with local connectors; places that regulate agents handling email and payments more tightly, such as the EU, come later (speculative).
- Three countries in two months (US, Canada, Singapore); the Help Center still says limited testing.
- The memory-file report, the shared-page incident and the still-missing Confidential VM all give Meta reasons to go slowly.
Confidence: likely for country-by-country; which country is next is speculative. Wrong if: Meta opens dozens of countries at once.
What Muse users should expect
- Make sure the free limit really is too small. Meta says the free tier covers most people; add Power after several weeks of hitting the limit.
- Do not buy the wrong product. For an agent that runs errands, you want Muse Power or Maximum; for Wonder Full in coding, you want a Muse Code plan.
- Wonder in Muse arrives when your account shows it. Meta only says "soon" and "subscribers first", with no date.
- Grant access in steps. Read-only first, then sending and paying; think before sharing an artifact.
- Buy month by month. Power and Maximum differ only in allowance: Maximum for busy months, Power otherwise.
What to buy now
| If you… | Buy | Price today |
|---|---|---|
| Have no Muse account, no invite code, or are outside the supported countries | Muse AI Access (1B Muse tokens included, one-time) | ¥99 ≈ 14.76 USDT |
| Already use Muse and hit the free limit every week | Muse AI Power (500M tokens a week, on your own account) | ¥200 ≈ 29.81 USDT per 30 days |
| Run out of Power before the week ends, or keep long tasks running in the background | Muse AI Maximum (3B tokens a week) | ¥760 ≈ 113.27 USDT per 30 days |
The 1B included tokens are a fact about our product (confirmed by the operator), not a Meta policy; at Meta’s official weekly figure they equal 2 weeks of Power. Once they are used, the account runs on Meta’s free tier; Meta has not documented how such tokens are counted or whether they expire, so we make no promise about that.
How it works here: for Access, enter and verify your delivery email after paying and the account is emailed automatically, usually in 10–30 minutes; sign in at muse.ai with it. Power and Maximum go on your own Muse account: sign in at muse.ai, export the cookies as JSON with Cookie-Editor and paste them on the order page; you only pay once the check passes, each order covers 30 days, and the cookies are cleared after delivery. Pay in USDT (TRC20 or BEP20). Ready-made accounts are not refundable once delivered; if anything goes wrong, contact the live chat or Telegram promptly.
Risk, briefly: Meta’s terms apply per user, and access from unsupported regions may be restricted. ClaudeMax is independent, not Meta or an authorized reseller; Meta sets the allowances, models and countries and may change them.
